Co-founder
Brad moved to Nadi in 2012 and has been building offshore teams for Australian businesses ever since. He is directly involved in client relationships and is on the ground in our Fiji office every day. If you call 1300 070 922, there is a good chance you will speak with Brad.
Tracy Russell
Co-founder
Tracy drives the operational side of Our Pacific Office — overseeing HR, onboarding, team culture and the day-to-day environment that makes our Nadi office work. Her focus is on making sure team members are supported, engaged and set up to do their best work.
Stuart Stratton
Operations Manager
Stuart manages the operational delivery of our offshore teams, working closely with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing performance. With a background in business operations, he bridges the gap between Australian business expectations and our Fiji team environment.
