Payroll & Compliance

Payroll and compliance management ensures your offshore team is paid accurately and employed in line with local regulations. Our on-site team manages payroll processing, statutory obligations and employment law compliance so you never have to navigate Fijian regulatory requirements alone.

WHAT WE MANAGE

Everything payroll and compliance — handled in Nadi

Payroll processing

Monthly payroll calculated and processed accurately, including base salary, allowances and any applicable adjustments. Your team member is paid on time, every time.

Statutory contributions

Fiji's mandatory statutory contributions (including FNPF — Fiji National Provident Fund equivalents) are calculated, deducted and remitted correctly on behalf of your team member.

Tax withholding (PAYE)

Pay As You Earn (PAYE) tax obligations are calculated and remitted to the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service in line with Fijian tax law. We manage this entirely.

Leave entitlements

Annual leave, sick leave and public holiday entitlements are tracked, accrued and managed in accordance with the Employment Relations Act of Fiji.

Employment contracts

All employment agreements are drafted, maintained and updated to comply with Fijian employment law. Any role or remuneration changes are documented properly.

Regulatory compliance

We monitor changes to Fijian employment law and regulatory requirements and ensure your offshore team remains compliant at all times.
