Staff leasing allows you to add a dedicated team member to your business without employing them locally. We recruit, employ and support your team member from our office in Nadi while they work exclusively for your business.

Staff leasing (also known as a co-sourcing or employer-of-record model) is a straightforward arrangement: you identify the role you need, we recruit and hire the right person in Fiji, and they work full-time, exclusively for your business.

You manage the day-to-day work. You set their tasks, workflows and standards. They integrate into your systems and communicate with your team just like any other employee would.

The employment infrastructure — payroll, HR obligations, office space, IT setup and compliance — is handled entirely by our team in Nadi. You benefit from the output without the overhead.

You are responsible for:
