The story of Our Pacific Office starts with a deep personal connection to Fiji — and a belief that good work should benefit both sides of the Pacific.

HOW IT STARTED

A connection that became a calling

Brad and Tracy Russell moved to Fiji in 2012 after forming a deep connection with the country and its people. Living and working in Nadi, they saw an opportunity to create something that would benefit both sides of the Pacific: meaningful, long-term employment in Fiji and reliable operational support for Australian businesses.

That idea became Our Pacific Office.

What started as a small initiative to create sustainable employment has grown into a trusted staffing partner for businesses building dedicated offshore teams. Today, Australian companies across multiple industries rely on teams based in our Nadi office to support administration, finance, customer service and sales operations.
