Our recruitment team has been operating in Fiji for over 15 years. We know the talent pool, the universities, the professional pathways and the employers our candidates are likely to have come from. That background allows us to screen with confidence and present you with candidates we genuinely back.
You receive a shortlist of two to four candidates, typically within one to two weeks of confirming the role brief. You interview them directly and make the final selection.

English communication
Written and spoken English tested directly. We assess clarity, warmth and how candidates perform under a professional conversation.
Work history
Employment history verified and reference checks completed. We speak to previous employers, not just accept written references.
Cultural fit signals
How a candidate approaches work, follows direction and handles feedback tells us more than a CV. We test for this in our interview process.
Reliability & availability
We check start dates, notice periods and any competing offers before presenting candidates to ensure shortlists are genuinely available.
Internet & tech setup
Candidates confirmed to have the connectivity and equipment required if remote work is part of the arrangement — or confirmed to work from our Nadi office.
